Disability
Benefit has on- and off-the-job coverage and pays on a recurring basis if the insured meets the definition of disabled. Benefit does not reduce if there is workers’ compensation involved.
Accident
Benefit pays on a schedule of benefits when an accident occurs on- or off-the-job. This includes emergency treatment, hospital stays, medical exams, and other expenses you may face such as transportation and medical equipment.
Critical Illness
Benefit pays a lump-sum when insured is diagnosed with one of the covered illnesses. Benefit covers types of cancer, heart attack, stroke, etc.
Permanent Life Insurance
Enrollment in coverage up to $150,000 is available for members with no medical questions. Policy is cash accumulating, and provides interest or dividends. Policy provides a chronic care benefit.
