A Few Things You Should Know
- All coverages are Guaranteed Issue regardless of health status if you are actively at work.
- Coverage begins the first of the following month; applicable waiting periods and preexisting conditions apply for benefits.
- Benefit Payments are tax free and paid directly to you.
- Disability claims submissions will require an employer statement.
- Individual coverage is still available.
