Pays each day for hospital confinement⁸ (not including an emergency room, an outpatient stay, or a stay in an observation unit or recovery room); Day 1 Benefit⁹: $1,500; Day 2 Benefit¹⁰: $150; No Pre-existing condition limitation; Calendar Year Maximum: $5,000
